Real Mortgage Services funds in excess of $250,000,000 annually in mortgage financing and the team takes pride in their ability to provide individual service and manage large volumes. Gord, Steve and Jeff have 45 years of combined experience in real estate and financing. They work on all files as a unit so you will always be able to get in touch and communicate directly with one of the guys as they actively manage each file from start to finish.

For the past 30 years Gord has worked in all aspects of the Real Estate industry. He spent his early years in commercial finance and then moved on to selling properties and managing/owning Real Estate offices.
Over the last 5 years, Gord has been one of the top residential brokers in the country in mortgage volume and transactions. Gord strives to ensure that each individual is looked after and every mortgage transaction closes successfully. Since Gord formed Real Mortgage Services 10 yrs ago he has helped thousands of clients purchase their homes and renegotiate their mortgages with the bank.
In those rare moments, when he isn’t working, Gord enjoys spending time with his grand daughters and working in his garden.

Steve received his Mortgage license in 1998, after attending Simon Fraser University and traveling the world.
Steve enjoys many aspects of the Real Estate industry. Assisting such a wide variety of people with the same common goal of buying a home is one of Steve’s favourite aspects. In addition, Steve especially enjoys helping clients buy Real Estate as an investment.
Steve loves everything to do with bicycles. He spends his free time mountain biking and commutes to work on his bike every chance he has. Steve and his wife, Raegan, have two daughters, Nola and Milah, and a son, Luke.

Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Finance from the University of Calgary and has become well versed in many aspects of real estate from investing and development to mortgage financing.
Jeff works closely with his clients to help plan which mortgage strategy will best fit their profile while factoring in market changes and forecasts.
He enjoys running, biking, hockey and spending time with his family - Michelle, son (Cole) and dog (Jada).
